Shipping Policy: Once your order is placed, we will ship your products within 3-6 days, depending on the availability of the item.

Product Delivery Timeline: Delivery time across India is estimated to be 6-15 days.

Return Policy: At Sharda Lighting Junction, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we do not accept returns unless the product you receive is damaged or defective.

If you receive the product make sure to make a video of it, just for us to verify if its damaged or broken product or if there are missing parts, please email us at Shardalightingj@gmail.com with your Order ID and supporting images within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon receiving your request, we will send a replacement for the damaged or missing parts at no additional cost to you.

If we determine that the entire product needs to be replaced, we will do so at no cost to you.

In the event that the specific product ordered is unavailable for replacement, we will initiate a refund once the damaged item is received and verified. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Returns will only be accepted if the damaged product is returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice, and the product is in the same condition as when you received it.

Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. However, you may modify your order within 24 hours, provided it has not yet been shipped. The modification must be for products of equal or greater value.
